【Product Line】 ■ Precision Glass Scales We primarily manufacture scales with a length of 50 to 1000 mm and a pitch of 0.1 mm. We can also produce full scales up to 2000 mm in length. Customization of our standard products (scale specifications, length, thickness, etc.) is available as needed. Additionally, please consult us for maintenance of scales you already own (scale repairs, chips, etc.). ■ Glass Intaglio for Pad Printing/Taco Printing We primarily manufacture small sizes (50 to 100 mm square) with a thickness of 5 mm, suitable for clock printing. If you have drawings or specifications, we can arrange for the original plates. Please consult us for prototype and small lot orders. ■ Film Scales [Patent Obtained] We manufacture linear scales and rotary scales for encoders, focusing on optical sensor components. We can form patterns as small as 2 μm. We have developed scales that can be adhered with a total thickness of less than 0.1 mm. ■ Various Etching Processes We perform glass etching and etching of metal thin films deposited on glass and resin substrates with precision at the micrometer level. We can provide proposals tailored to your needs, starting from a single prototype.
