Realization of a low-carbon society

The purpose of this council is to promote the healthy development of non-excavation methods through the dissemination of these methods, the expansion of construction volume, and the improvement of technology, as well as to foster camaraderie among members. From the perspectives of living environment, global environment, resource conservation, and total social costs, we aim to contribute to the efficient development of urban infrastructure alongside the advancement and dissemination of various methods using non-excavation technology.
