Cooling energy measurement service

Netsuren will measure the cooling ability of the coolant (quenching liquid) periodically.

When using water-soluble quenching fluids, the cooling rate can change due to thermal degradation and contamination. If management is conducted solely with a concentration meter, it may not necessarily align with the quenching quality. Our cooling capability measurement service can assist in high-quality coolant management by measuring the "cooling rate" with our specially developed measurement equipment. This can be utilized as documentation for improving quality assurance levels and determining the timing for coolant replacement.

Pre-grouted PC steel bar

It is a high corrosion-resistant PC steel rod filled with delayed curing resin inside the sheath, eliminating the need for grouting work at the construction site.

Surface softened bar steel

This is a steel material that softens only the surface of the full cross-section high-strength (quench-hardened) steel, significantly improving its delayed fracture characteristics (hydrogen embrittlement resistance) while maintaining high strength.

This is a steel rod that has been softened to below 1200 MPa in the surface layer, which is the starting point for delayed fracture, in relation to high-strength steel materials (tensile strength reference: 1200-2200 MPa), thereby reducing the risk of delayed fracture (patent obtained). By applying this technology, the delayed fracture resistance (hydrogen embrittlement resistance) of high-strength steel materials and high-stress components can be significantly improved, and the softening of the surface layer enhances workability, making machining easier. It has been mass-produced for use in high-stress spring steel wire, high-strength deformed PC steel rods, etc.

Thin diameter high-strength spring steel wire "ITW(R)"

It is a high-strength spring steel wire with a small diameter (3.5mm to 5.0mm) for high-quality cold forming, using high-frequency induction heating.

Netsuren "ITW(R)" imparts the necessary mechanical properties to carefully selected materials through high-frequency quenching and high-frequency tempering, and conducts flaw inspection using eddy current testing along the entire length, as well as quality assurance through monitoring of heat treatment temperatures.
