High-strength shear reinforcement bars "Ulvon," application of the "cut-off new calculation formula."
Acquisition of the "new calculation formula for cutoff length" for "high-strength shear reinforcement bar Ulbon 1275" enables further cost and schedule reductions at construction sites.
The 'High-Strength Shear Reinforcement Bar Urubon 1275' is a deformed PC steel bar certified by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, with a yield point of 1275 N/mm² and a tensile strength of 1275 N/mm². Compared to conventional ordinary rebar (SD bars), it can achieve a maximum design stress up to four times higher, significantly reducing the amount of rebar used and contributing to cost and schedule reductions for customers (resource conservation, CO2 reduction). This time, we obtained performance evaluation from the Better Living Foundation for the calculation formula of the required bond length for the cutoff of the second main reinforcement bar using 'Urubon 1275'. By using this new calculation formula, it has become possible to reduce costs (shortening the length of the second main reinforcement bar and reducing the number of joints) and shorten construction time (reducing installation and inspection work hours). - It is possible to reduce the number of joints by 30-50% compared to conventional methods. - The reduction in joint locations leads to decreased installation and inspection work hours. - We provide a calculation tool (utilizing CSV data) for determining cutoff lengths. *Cost comparisons with other products can be calculated. Netsuren successfully commercialized and industrialized IH (Induction Heating) technology for the first time in Japan in 1946 (Showa 21). This IH technology is a double eco (Ecological and Economical) technology that uses clean electricity as its heat source, making it environmentally friendly and pollution-free. As a pioneer in this field, Netsuren has developed highly original products in addition to contract heat treatment processing, based on the know-how accumulated since its founding and its high level of technical and development capabilities, bringing transformation and contribution to various industries. The fact that Netsuren exists today and can contribute to society, even in a small way, is thanks to your unwavering support and warm patronage. To enhance corporate value through harmony and coexistence with customers, business partners, shareholders, society, and employees, Netsuren aims to remain a company with a dignified presence in the future. We will return to the founding principle of "Technology of Netsuren" and continue our tireless efforts to be of greater service to society in the coming era.
