• Cooling system

The "Internal Fusion Ice Chiller Ice Storage Unit" is a product that is shipped as an integrated unit with coils housed in a factory-assembled panel-type water tank made of galvanized steel sheets. During ice-making operation, a brine refrigerant is used, and the cooled brine is sent to this unit via a brine pump. When the water level gauge, which measures the amount of ice produced, reaches the set value, the brine refrigerating machine is stopped. The "Site-assembled Ice Chiller with Ice Storage Coils" is a brine-type coil designed to be assembled from a coil tube of a certain length, headers, and other components brought in through a manhole, allowing for assembly in water tank spaces such as underground pits. This product is aimed at existing buildings with cold water storage tanks or underground pits at the lowest level, and it is highly effective as a countermeasure when the cooling load has increased since the time of design. The components such as the coil tube are designed to be brought into an underground pit with an effective depth of about 1,800 mm from a 600 mm diameter manhole.
