The "Steel Temporary Wall Approach Caisson Method" is used when multiple caissons are installed in close proximity and connected using the pneumatic caisson method. After installation, the space between the caissons is retained using methods such as SMW, and excavation is performed as needed, including ground improvement. The steel temporary wall is then removed, and concrete for the bottom slab and side walls is poured and joined. Traditionally, temporary walls were constructed as reinforced concrete structures (RC temporary walls), but by using a steel sheet pile support structure (steel temporary wall), it is possible to shorten the process and reduce costs compared to conventional pneumatic methods. 【Features】 ■ Easy removal of temporary walls ■ Possible shortening of the process ■ Reduced impact on the environment ■ Reuse of support materials is possible ■ Excellent economic efficiency in total cost *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "New DREAM Method" is a new pneumatic caisson construction method that combines unmanned technology for high-pressure work and safety measures according to construction conditions. This method significantly improves the construction efficiency and safety of the pneumatic caisson method, and particularly when equipped with an excavation machine maintenance system, it enables the practical "complete unmanning" of high-pressure work. 【Unmanned Technology】 ■ High-capacity DREAM Excavation Machine ■ Excavation Machine Maintenance System ■ Remote-Controlled Ground Bearing Capacity Testing Device *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
