We would like to announce that on April 1, 2021, "Hiroki Kiki Seisakusho Co., Ltd." and "Yamamoto Shokai Co., Ltd.", both group companies of Daikure Co., Ltd., have merged. Hiroki Kiki Seisakusho Co., Ltd. will continue to exist by inheriting all rights and obligations of Yamamoto Shokai Co., Ltd., which will be dissolved. As a result of this merger, Hiroki Kiki Seisakusho Co., Ltd. will change its company name to "Cleo Co., Ltd." In addition to the strengthened engineering department established last April, this merger will allow us to have a trading company division, enabling us to respond more broadly to the needs of our clients than ever before.
