Many domestic companies, until a few years ago, primarily relied on salespeople running around aggressively promoting their products. However, now that anyone can access product information via the internet, the need has increased to plan solutions and make more proposals to individual customers rather than frequently visiting many customers to sell. Companies that were sales-driven are transitioning to a "planning-oriented" approach. This means that the "in-house presence rate" of employees working at these companies has been increasing. There is definitely significance in "people gathering in the same place to work." When intentionally creating spaces that facilitate gatherings, meetings tend to occur spontaneously. It is important not only to enhance communication but also to have mechanisms that allow individuals to concentrate. We believe that providing a comfortable "place people want to return to" for workers will contribute to the growth of companies.
