Our company is a professional in system development and IT infrastructure construction. Based on the IT skills and business skills accumulated through collaboration with our founding partner, IBM Japan, and its partner companies, we celebrated our 30th anniversary in 2022. We provide one-stop support for various industries, primarily focusing on manufacturing clients, from system proposals to construction, implementation, and operational maintenance. - We want to implement a production management system, but the standard package does not fit our business. - We want to implement a production management system that accommodates both production number management and MRP arrangements. - We are considering switching the development vendor responsible for system maintenance. - We want to gradually introduce a manufacturing execution system (MES) in line with the speed of solving our company's challenges. Support for Rebuilding Production Management Systems We provide support for system construction (system development/implementation support, maintenance management support, additional function development) for manufacturing industry customers with a specialized engineering team focused on IT skills in manufacturing systems. 02. Production Management System Maintenance Services Our experienced technicians, who have extensive experience and achievements not only in package implementation but also in original production management systems, will provide comprehensive support for maintenance and operation. (*) * Before providing maintenance services, we will conduct a preliminary investigation of the current system using system analysis tools (for a fee). 03. Support for Building Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Leveraging our experience in MES construction, we will support the introduction of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) that visualize manufacturing processes, provide instructions and support to workers, and manage and optimize the entire process.
