As the latest technologies continue to provide a growing array of excellent products and services, there is a challenge in adapting to the diversifying customer needs due to information bias among stakeholders such as sales companies, security firms, construction companies, and trading companies. Additionally, the information gap between providers and users leads to various consumer disadvantages, primarily driven by the profit priorities of providers.
