Our company utilizes existing walls as insulation and creates a ventilation area on the outside to allow moisture to pass through. We then cover that side with aluminum siding, implementing the 'SOIV Method,' an external insulation double-ventilation wall renovation technique. The ventilation layer created between the siding and the existing wall controls temperature differences, creating an ideal living space that is cool in summer and warm in winter.
