We handle the blister, cup, and tray packaging processes, printing operations using industrial inkjet and laser marking equipment, consultations for mechanization, equipment installation, and automation in production sites, as well as the design and manufacturing of related equipment, all on a one-off (custom design) basis. Rather than selling standard machines with a fixed approach, our role at Oao Steel Works is to create a working style that allows people on the ground to have more flexibility through dialogue with production staff, based on the concept of "time-saving design (R)." We are addressing social issues from a ground-level perspective, such as proposing double-layer blister packaging to reduce plastic (in response to the European PPWR measures), blister packaging with braille printing for visually impaired individuals, and voice guidance using QR codes (QR Voice Support®).
