We bring you the latest information on the plastic formwork "Daisho Panel," which addresses decarbonization and labor shortages in the construction industry. ■Features of Daisho Panel 1. Made of polypropylene, it can be reused over 50 times, with durability about 10 times that of plywood. 2. A circular material that does not use forest resources and does not create waste disposal issues. 3. Lightweight and rib-processed, making it easy to handle for foreign workers and those with less experience. 4. Certified as "Green Purchasing Law compliant," "NETIS registered," and "Eco Mark certified." ■Purpose of Obtaining EPD We plan to obtain EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) in February. By objectively visualizing environmental performance, we will strongly support general contractors in their efforts to reduce Scope 3 (supply chain emissions). As an alternative material to plywood formwork, we can provide high environmental performance. We are currently receiving numerous inquiries about considering it as the standard construction method for the next fiscal year, pending data acquisition in February. Along with the completion of the acquisition, we also accept requests for individual CO2 reduction simulations. For those responsible for decarbonized housing, public works, and large-scale developments who require specific environmental performance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
