We achieve high-quality wet exterior insulation with reliable domestic products and trusted construction techniques. Furthermore, in the dry method, we can also propose large thin tiles inspired by natural stone as design materials. 1. The durability of the structure is improved. By protecting the structure from the outside, we suppress concrete cracking. Since the temperature of the structure synchronizes with the room temperature, temperature changes are minimized, which also suppresses the expansion and contraction of the RC structure, reducing the risk of cracking. It is not affected by freeze damage, rainwater, or acid rain. 2. The building becomes less prone to condensation. It is less influenced by external environmental factors and maintains an almost constant indoor temperature. Additionally, since the RC structure synchronizes with the room temperature, indoor condensation is reliably suppressed. This also helps reduce the occurrence of mold and mites, contributing to a healthy and comfortable living space. 3. System Overview EPS (expanded polystyrene foam) is applied to the RC structure. A base coat is applied, and a reinforcing mesh is embedded, followed by a finish coat. This is a wet exterior insulation method composed of materials with moisture permeability (insulation materials, covering materials, finishing materials). The finish can be beautifully and impressively crafted using the unique techniques of plastering artisans.
