CADDi Inc. is a startup company with the mission of "unlocking the potential of the manufacturing industry," developing and providing the "Manufacturing AI Data Platform CADDi" to create new value in response to the structural challenges faced by the manufacturing industry's value chain. Since its founding in 2017, it has continuously generated "new systems" centered on physical products and digital data that change the common sense of the industry. With the order-receiving and order-placing service "CADDi Manufacturing," it has begun providing a system to build optimal supply chains to solve the challenges of order management in the manufacturing industry. In 2022, it launched a business to support the realization of DX (digital transformation) in manufacturing, starting the provision of the cloud service "CADDi Drawer" for utilizing drawing data. Furthermore, in 2024, it will also begin offering "CADDi Quote," aimed at further evolving procurement activities in the manufacturing sector. Currently, it has established bases in four countries, including the United States, Vietnam, and Thailand, promoting the construction of a global supply chain. The total amount of funds raised is 21.73 billion yen.
Business Activities
■Manufacturing Data Utilization Cloud 'CADDi Drawer' By utilizing a proprietary image analysis algorithm (patented), it searches and displays information such as drawings with similar shapes, related DR meeting minutes, order data, and various reports. The text information contained in registered drawings and documents, such as part names and materials, is digitized at the time of image upload, enabling smooth searches. High-precision automatic analysis technology turns past data and experiences into assets, supporting the utilization of data and the advancement of operations across related departments, including design, procurement, and production, while creating new value. ■Manufacturing AI Quotation Cloud 'CADDi Quote' An application specialized for procurement operations that supports the advanced standardization of procurement activities starting from quotations. By using AI analysis and data utilization, it automates the selection of potential quotation candidates, digitizing the analog quotation process and achieving significant efficiency improvements and depersonalization in quotation operations. By automatically accumulating quotation data and turning supply chain data into assets, it enables cost reduction and the establishment of a competitive supply chain through improvements at the operational and organizational levels.
