Our company handles the food additive sterilizing agent "Diamax." By reducing the particles of sodium hypochlorite to the smallest possible size and mixing them, we have developed a technology that stabilizes it at a pH of 5.8-6.0, which is effective for sterilization. Additionally, it has the excellent feature of preventing inactivation and having a shelf life of six months. Moreover, under thorough hygiene management at our own plant, we conduct quality control once every hour to consistently produce stable products.
