On January 7th (Thursday), a state of emergency was declared. The areas affected in the Kanto region are Tokyo, Chiba, Saitama, and Kanagawa, covering one metropolis and three prefectures, with a duration of one month. Currently, the center of infection is in these four areas, and since the end of the year to today, the number of infected individuals has been extremely high, exceeding 2,000 daily in Tokyo. Regarding universities, we are requesting that they effectively combine in-person and online classes. When the state of emergency was declared in March 2020, more than 50% of companies halted their recruitment activities. As a result, recruitment efforts became prolonged, and many companies may not have incorporated a "wait-and-see" strategy, leading to the loss of talented candidates. Are you facing any of these concerns? ✔ It's difficult to conduct training alone due to a small number of participants. ✔ We can't prepare a training venue due to COVID-19. ✔ We can't have interactions inside or outside the company due to the state of emergency. ✔ We want to convey basic rules and manners. ✔ We want to systematically impart foundational knowledge for working adults. ✔ We want to provide training that is not recorded. In every session, the instructor will directly communicate with participants, repeatedly engaging in "thinking," "sharing," and "presenting," moving beyond passive training to create an environment for active learning. By conveying through training that is tailored to each individual's position and situation, we hope to be a strategic training partner that positively influences "current management" and "future management."
