Our company, which is responsible for the foil business of the UACJ Group, was established on January 1, 2014, through the merger of Nippon Seihaku Co., Ltd. of the Furukawa Sky Group and Sumikei Aluminum Foil Co., Ltd. of the Sumitomo Light Metal Group. We will continue to uphold the management policy established at the time of the merger, which is to become a comprehensive foil manufacturer with a solid presence in the global market, and we will always respond positively to the rapidly changing global business environment.
