We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of the "Rosic Management Information System" in the retail industry. In this company, effective layout planning and simulation require access to sales information linked to people and organizations. However, the systems are separated, making it difficult to easily visualize the relationships, including associations. Our company has collected and centralized the necessary personnel information, organizational information, and sales information from existing systems. By converting the data into the appropriate format during data integration, we achieved the association of information from different sources. [Challenges] - Unable to reference the necessary information about people, organizations, and sales during layout considerations. - The output functions of each system are fixed, resulting in no reduction in processing work on Excel. - Multiple HR systems are operational, and personnel information has not been centralized. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of the "Rosic Management Information System" in the service industry. The company was considering a system to disclose necessary management indicators as an "organizational profile" to the field, but faced challenges as operations could not be managed effectively with Excel-based tasks. We created an organizational profile that comprehensively visualizes organizational information, personnel information, and performance information, and directly published it to the management layer using the system's functions. [Challenges] ■ Consolidating and organizing information alone requires a tremendous amount of labor, making it difficult to update information in a timely manner. ■ There was no system in place to provide the created reports to the field, and distribution was done manually. ■ Development requests had been made to the core system, but they were overwhelmed with other important projects. ■ They have been forecasting sales by project for the next three years, but there are challenges in providing information to the field and collecting information from the field, resulting in low forecasting accuracy. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case of implementing the "Rosic Management Information System" in the manufacturing industry. The company had an existing management accounting system built through add-on development on their ERP, which had become outdated and was facing performance issues. They were considering a complete review of the system and planned to refresh the groupware used for reporting to stakeholders, but transitioning functionalities to the new system was challenging. Our company automatically integrates files output from accounting systems, human resources systems, etc., onto Rosic, and after storage, performs data processing and aggregation. Since the view structure can be easily created with parameters, we achieved a system that is adaptable to item additions and changes. 【Challenges (Partial)】 ■ Attempts to address performance issues with the current system required significant investment in hardware. ■ It was difficult to easily implement additional analysis axes and cross-analysis with related additional information. ■ There have been many requests for changes, but modifying the existing system not only takes time but also incurs high costs. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationInfotechnos Consulting, founded in 1998, was a group of engineers engaged in commissioned system development. Every day, we held direct meetings with users who actually utilize the systems, designing and developing various types of systems and assisting with their operation. Many of the reasons for implementing systems stem from the need for business efficiency and cost reduction. However, as the use of systems progresses, expectations shift to a stage where the data obtained is used to enhance the quality of business operations. However, when we look at the field of human resources, until around 2000, we remained at the stage of utilizing systems for labor management, attendance management, and payroll processing. *For more detailed information, please refer to the related links. Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce the commitment to planning and development of "Rosic." In corporate systems, there are parts that can be standardized and parts that can showcase individuality. Regarding the parts that can be standardized, it is well known that a packaged form is appropriate both in terms of cost and operation. This standardized package can serve as a solid foundation, and if it can seamlessly add on individual developments, it becomes possible to build systems that fully express the individuality of each company. To realize such packaged software, we have continued the planning and development of the Rosic series with the following three points in mind. [Points] ■ An integrated application platform and an open framework ■ Realizing decision-making support (not limited to management, but also applicable in management and operational scenes) ■ Promoting effective utilization of human resources and contributing to the enhancement of corporate strength *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationI would like to introduce the concept of "Rosic." Rosic continues to support all individuals involved in important decision-making for corporate management and business from a systems perspective, aiming to enhance the quality of their diligent intellectual activities. At its core, there is the belief that "merely creating a system is not enough. To ensure that the system continues to contribute to the realization of different strategies for each company, it is essential to understand this and design the database accordingly, while also ensuring the same level of quality for future changes and expansions." [Underlying Concepts of Rosic (Partial)] ■ Strategies for achieving success in management and business cannot be realized simply by applying best practices. ■ Strategies for achieving success in management and business can be highly realized through continuous diligent and intellectual activities. ■ Individuals involved in the realization of management and business strategies should dedicate their time to intellectual activities. To achieve this, it is essential to maximize the efficiency of manual-level tasks. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
