The biggest feature of the LED for lighting, the "Direct Mountable Chip," is its structure that incorporates a special "reflective wall" on the side of the LED chip, which efficiently reflects the light generated within the package to the top surface of the package. By minimizing the light emission component in the package side direction, it is possible to reduce the crosstalk phenomenon (light attenuation and color change caused by adjacent LED products) that occurs when multiple CSPs are densely mounted. This technology enables the realization of lighting fixtures that achieve both high luminous flux density and high light extraction efficiency, which were difficult to achieve with conventional CSPs, in various lighting application products. Additionally, the "Monochrome Color Direct Mountable Chip" realizes blue, green, orange, and red emissions based on the technology we have developed for blue chips and phosphors. All colors, including white, have a unified forward voltage (Vf), contributing to the simplification of electrical circuit design. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*

Free membership registrationIn recent years, there has been a growing focus on creating appropriate lighting environments, such as selecting color temperatures that align with biological rhythms to enhance the richness of life. Traditionally, the method for achieving this with color-tunable fixtures involved implementing multiple existing LED package products on a single circuit board. While this method allows for high design flexibility of the circuit board, it requires careful mixing of the emitted colors from each LED package (to improve color mixing), making it particularly challenging to achieve fixtures with narrow beam angles. The color-tunable COB series based on the COB-Z series, characterized by high luminous flux density, is believed to solve this issue and enable the easy realization of color-tunable fixtures. This allows for color selection tailored to the season, time, and purpose, making it suitable for retail spotlights, as well as enabling changes in color temperature that align with biological rhythms, making it ideal for residential downlights. Furthermore, it enables fixture designs (such as fixture size and narrow beam angles) that were previously unattainable due to color mixing challenges in conventional color-tunable fixtures, thereby expanding the possibilities for lighting fixtures and contributing to the creation of new lighting environments.

Free membership registration"Optisolis" is a white LED that focuses on efficiently approaching the spectral shape of standard light by utilizing the blue chip and phosphor technology we have developed. It is believed to be capable of naturally reproducing various color tones. The color rendering index has also significantly improved compared to conventional products with high color rendering that are widely used in general lighting (compared to our products). Additionally, since it contains almost no UV (ultraviolet) radiation, we believe it can minimize the degradation of illuminated objects compared to light sources that do emit UV radiation. It is particularly suitable for museum and art gallery lighting, where minimal impact on object damage and faithful color representation are desired, as well as for color evaluation lighting (e.g., paint evaluation, print evaluation) and commercial lighting. In the future, we aim to expand into a wide range of applications, including general lighting (for residential use).
