The establishment of KS AG was triggered by the representative, Sakae, utilizing his ten years of experience in Germany to begin supporting German companies' entry into Japan. During this time, he met Mr. Babka from Ecotec. He is not just a manufacturer of natural paints; he is committed to using inorganic materials to withstand heat, rain, carbon dioxide, and ultraviolet rays. Moreover, his fundamental philosophy is to ensure that all people involved, from production to disposal of the products, are not put at risk. I was drawn to and resonated with Mr. Babka's thorough approach. Even if the products themselves are derived from natural sources, if the production process or post-disposal has a high environmental impact, they cannot truly be considered natural products. Mr. Babka, who has become a character of HiLaRi products, brilliantly embodies the philosophy that underlies Germany as an environmentally advanced country in his products.
