We would like to introduce our designed and developed "Rotary Valve (Double-Sided) with diameters: SUS125A/SUS150A." The shaft seal employs the "ABC Seal," which prevents the leakage of powder. The ferrule flange is machined rather than welded from pre-made parts, ensuring there is no distortion. Additionally, we have installed a "Meter Panel" to allow for the confirmation and setting of instruments in one location. We would like to introduce our company’s manufactured "Vacuum Dryer." We have produced one unit each of "Nickel Alloy (C-276)" and "SUS316L." Since it is crucial for "the interior to be under vacuum," we paid particular attention to the "flatness of the body and door." We received a consultation from a customer using a gland packing as a sealing material to stop leaks from a rotary valve, reporting that leaks were occurring. Gland packing requires regular tightening, but since they were using a simple type that could not be tightened, we switched to a rotary valve that allows for tightening. By tightening the gland packing, we can provide an immediate solution to the leak. In resolving this issue, we were able to achieve multiple benefits, and the customer was very pleased. We received a concern from a customer regarding a sound resembling metal rubbing coming from the inside of the rotary valve used in the batch production line. In response, we proposed the addition of a "bearing mechanism" to structurally enhance durability. Since the addition of the bearing mechanism, there has been no shaft wobble even during continuous operation, and the previously concerning abnormal noise has also disappeared. We would like to introduce a case where we proposed a "rotary valve" to a chemical manufacturer in Japan. The company had been experiencing a metallic scraping sound from a rotary valve purchased several years ago, and they were repairing the parts each time the noise occurred. Given the harsh operating conditions, we suggested replacing the existing "cantilever type" with a "double-supported type." In response, we proposed a semi-custom rotary valve.
