Advantages of operating with standardized supplier RFID code labels: (1) Suppliers issue and attach standardized labels, reducing the labor required for issuing and replacing labels in-house. (2) RFID allows for automatic reading at the receiving gate. (3) Incoming records are sent to the center via the cloud.

The management of QR codes on pallets in logistics warehouses has become common. However, there are many issues where labels get dirty or damaged, making QR codes unreadable. Once a problem occurs, it requires contacting the center to request the reissuance of RFID tags linked to the labels, transporting them to the warehouse, and replacing the labels and tags, which is cumbersome. This case addresses such a complicated flow with a mobile printer. Benefits of implementing an app for reissuing QR code labels for logistics pallets: (1) The costly reissuance of RFID tags becomes unnecessary. (2) There is no need for communication with the center, allowing problems to be resolved on-site. (3) The time required for label issuance is reduced, improving work efficiency.
