We will 3D print super engineering plastics and ceramics.
We have developed a "heating head" that integrates a temperature sensor and heater on the same ceramic substrate, as well as a hot end for 3D printers that utilizes this technology. Unlike conventional products that heat the entire heater block, this design directly heats the filament in its passage. The small thermal mass structure allows for on-demand, highly precise temperature control, resulting in minimal stress on the filament and stable extrusion. It excels at producing fine structures using a 0.2 mm nozzle.
