Free membership registrationZEB (Net Zero Energy Building) is an abbreviation for a net zero energy building, which is a structure that achieves an annual primary energy consumption of zero or less by improving the energy efficiency of the building and its systems and utilizing renewable energy sources. The definition of ZEB states that it is evaluated at the design stage using calculations based on the "Regulations for Establishing Energy Consumption Standards for Buildings" (Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Ordinance No. 1 of 2016) or an equivalent method, excluding "other loads." *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*

Free membership registrationAt "Saint Olive Village," a geothermal heat pump system has been adopted with the goal of reducing the costs of heating, cooling, hot water supply, and bathtub heating. Construction for the introduction of geothermal energy utilization has been carried out. Since the base heat source relies on geothermal energy, the running costs related to thermal energy are free, excluding the operating power of the heat pump itself and the self-consumption power of the mechanical equipment, which is the greatest business advantage. [Case Summary (Excerpt)] ■ Equipment and Scale - Geothermal heat source heat pump chiller (standard type) Cooling capacity: 110.59 kW, 45 HP, 1 unit; Heating capacity: 117.88 kW - Geothermal heat source heat pump chiller (high temperature type) Cooling capacity: 147.94 kW, 60 HP, 1 unit; Heating capacity: 153.39 kW - Heat circulation pump Line pump 65φ×370l/min×5m, 1 unit; Line pump 65φ×470l/min×7m, 1 unit *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationAt Kitaho Nursery School in Okuchi Town, which has introduced a geothermal heat pump, a project was implemented to utilize the abundant geothermal energy from underground water in the town for heating and cooling public facilities, as well as for floor heating systems during renovations. This initiative aims to create a low-cost public facility management model that leverages local characteristics. The facility is designed to be small-scale, self-sufficient, and decentralized, making it capable of responding to emergencies such as the Nankai Trough Earthquake. There are also high expectations for it to attract attention as a tourist facility due to its unique appearance. 【Project Overview】 ■ Equipment and Scale - Geothermal source air-water heat pump 30HP × 1 unit - Air-water multi air conditioning system 72 horsepower *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationAt the fairy tale inn, Yoneya, we have introduced a "high-efficiency heat pump utilizing hot spring wastewater heat" as part of our energy-saving project. At Yoneya, we implemented a project that utilizes hot spring (wastewater) heat, classified as one of the renewable energy sources known as "geothermal heat," to provide heating, cooling, and hot water through a heat pump. This project simultaneously reduces the facility's annual fossil fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. Additionally, we incorporated a recycled lithium-ion battery to establish an independent system for heat and electricity, resulting in an annual reduction of approximately 5.7 million yen in running costs through the hot spring wastewater heat heat pump and the PV generation & V2X battery storage system. 【Case Overview】 ■ Equipment and Scale - Hot spring wastewater compatible water-cooled heat pump 60HP × 1 unit Cooling capacity: 131.6KW, Heating capacity: 178.8KW, Hot water supply capacity: 220.0KW - Hot water storage tank: 7.5m3 - Plate heat exchanger: Heat exchange capacity 173KW - Installation of a visualization monitor for the high-efficiency heat pump system utilizing hot spring wastewater heat *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThis is an introduction to a case study of a mega-solar power generation project by a local venture company in Fukushima Prefecture. It is recognized as the first certified project under the Kawauchi Village Reconstruction Development Plan (Reconstruction Agency) and has been certified for the fiscal year 2014 by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry for the promotion of the introduction of renewable energy power generation facilities. With the adoption of the "Half Agriculture, Half Energy Model Promotion Project Subsidy," a portion of the profits from selling electricity was utilized to create the "Kaeru Kawauchi Reconstruction Support Bus" project. This initiative promoted the expansion of living conditions for returnees and accelerated the return of villagers. [Case Overview] ■ Equipment and Scale - Maximum capacity of power generation facility: Approximately 2.6 MW - Fixed output of power generation: Approximately 2 MW (1,990 kW) *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe aim to create new cities and communities through the process of "industry creation" by combining regional characteristics and the renewable energy resources available in the area, and by introducing, promoting, and expanding small-scale, self-sufficient, and decentralized renewable energy facilities. We will diversify "small-scale," "self-sufficient," and "decentralized" renewable energy facilities utilizing local energy, integrating them with AI, ICT, and IoT. By establishing a "local energy circulation system" that is resilient to large-scale emergencies and achieves a reduction in total energy costs and CO2 emissions for local residents, we will "visualize the reconstruction of Fukushima" since 3.11 and protect Japan from the threats of the Nankai Trough earthquake through an environmental strategy project and the "emergence" of environmental products. 【Business Activities (Partial)】 ■ Power generation and heat supply business using renewable energy, along with planning, management, and operation, as well as related services for the supply and sale of electricity and heat (heating, cooling, and hot water). ■ Development, manufacturing, and sales of power generation, heat generation, and management systems related to renewable energy, as well as consulting services. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registration"Biomass" refers to the quantity of biological resources and is a term used to describe "renewable, biologically derived organic resources." Among these, biomass derived from wood is referred to as "wood biomass." The energy utilization of wood has the carbon-neutral characteristic of not affecting the concentration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. When leftover materials from sawmills and residential demolition are effectively utilized as biomass energy, it helps reduce waste and contributes to the formation of a circular society. To combat global warming, efforts toward decarbonization are progressing worldwide. Wood biomass is gaining attention as it does not increase the concentration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere when viewed as a whole. **Benefits of Utilizing Wood Biomass** - Helps prevent global warming by suppressing carbon dioxide emissions - Reduces waste generation, contributing to the formation of a circular society - Active utilization as an energy resource (expanding the use of biomass energy) - Contributes to proper forest management - Revitalizes mountainous regions by utilizing local unused resources as energy *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
