This is an introduction to a case study of a mega-solar power generation project by a local venture company in Fukushima Prefecture. It is recognized as the first certified project under the Kawauchi Village Reconstruction Development Plan (Reconstruction Agency) and has been certified for the fiscal year 2014 by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry for the promotion of the introduction of renewable energy power generation facilities. With the adoption of the "Half Agriculture, Half Energy Model Promotion Project Subsidy," a portion of the profits from selling electricity was utilized to create the "Kaeru Kawauchi Reconstruction Support Bus" project. This initiative promoted the expansion of living conditions for returnees and accelerated the return of villagers.
