Japan's manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare sectors are full of waste, yet the situation is hindered by "not starting new things," "old-timers," "craftsman pride," and "low IT literacy." The "work style reform" has become a bottleneck, creating a major problem that leads to further waste in the field. Additionally, there are significant issues such as the shortage of truck drivers, congestion in truck yards, and delays in the visibility of logistics operations, which contribute to an ongoing logistics crisis. Our company has spent 17 years analyzing the behavior of workers within buildings, focusing on the globally renowned Toyota Motor Corporation's production sites, as well as major manufacturing companies, large logistics firms, airlines, major supermarkets, large home improvement centers, offices, small and medium-sized enterprises, and healthcare facilities. We have conducted research and development across hundreds of companies, enabling us to digitize the current analysis data of workers (linking movement paths and videos) in an extremely short time without any construction, using our "productivity improvement system." This system will solve the aforementioned issues.
