By implementing a system where the office and the field cooperate with each other, field personnel can focus on core tasks such as quality control and next-generation development. Additionally, efforts are being made to create a field where diverse talent can thrive in the construction industry, expanding the career possibilities for those working in the back office. In today's society, where the health of workers is prioritized and companies that value work-life balance are socially recognized, our association positions the "construction director" as a key figure that connects the field and the office and transforms the system. In addition to the "Construction Director Training Course," which is packed with our original educational policies and development programs, we will build a network that connects construction directors and engineers through the support organization "Communication Center" after the course. Through the construction director system, we will support all business owners who are seeking a chance to "change" and help them "make changes."
