Our company was established as a subsidiary of Maruha Nichiro Holdings, Inc. (formerly Taiyo Fisheries) with the aim of repairing the vessels owned by the company through our offshore repair division. Since then, we have acquired agency rights for various engine manufacturers and have been expanding our business as a trading company handling marine equipment and parts. We have a technical department that provides advice and technical support to ensure the safe and smooth operation of vessels. We also have partner docks that conduct examinations and repair work related to maritime safety laws overseas, and we are growing as a comprehensive company involved in the repair, maintenance, and modification of vessels.
