Small and medium-sized enterprise consultants and social insurance labor consultants are supporting the management of small and medium-sized enterprises in Ishikawa Prefecture. They provide assistance in formulating management plans, marketing and branding support, and quality and cost management support for manufacturing industries. What our company aims for is outlined in our management philosophy and management policy. <Management Philosophy> Our company nurtures professionals who are bright, sincere, and passionate, allowing them to respect each other and engage in mutual improvement. By providing support tailored to businesses as an organization, we contribute to the growth and development of our country. To realize this philosophy, we have implemented a professional development system that trains professionals while balancing the role of an assistant to senior professionals and studying for qualifications. <Practical Support> - Acquire basic skills using resources such as financial analysis manuals. - Provide comprehensive practical assistance from preliminary research to report preparation. - Accompany consultants to experience the field of small and medium-sized enterprise support firsthand. <Learning Support> - Tuition support (up to 200,000 yen per year). - Concentrated study time by having weekends off (four-day workweek, ten-hour workdays). - Approximately two weeks of leave before exams. Through this professional development system, we have become a company with four small and medium-sized enterprise consultants and one social insurance labor consultant.
Business Activities
Here are our achievements: Support for business plan formulation: 167 cases Support for fundraising: 730 cases Support for management innovation plan creation: 7 cases Support for intellectual asset management report creation: 44 cases Support for entrepreneurship: 28 cases Others: 239 cases The majority of our support is for business plan formulation and fundraising when requesting loans from financial institutions. Recently, we have been focusing not only on formulating plans but also on supporting their execution. Specifically, we are implementing training for executives and leaders to execute the plans. - Clearly defining expectations for executives and leaders. - Conducting education and training towards the desired state (with support from labor and social security attorneys for acquiring subsidies). - Designing personnel evaluation and salary increase systems to reward the efforts of executives and leaders. This training program is designed to be more about listening to the opinions of executives and leaders rather than a top-down approach, encouraging them to implement actions even if they make mistakes.
