Business Activities
■Product Planning and Development Takasusangyo, a specialized manufacturer of ventilation fan-related products, accurately grasps market needs and materializes product concepts. ■Product Design and Prototyping With the advantage of domestic integrated production, we enable product design that considers everything from parts design to resin molds, molding, assembly, packaging, and logistics. ■Mold Design and Manufacturing Molds are essential for resin molding. Our company utilizes state-of-the-art precision machining equipment and the experience we have cultivated to produce high-quality, high-precision resin molds. ■Molding and Processing We perform molding and processing with high precision through a consistent manufacturing and quality control system based on domestic production and the latest automated equipment. ■Assembly and Inspection We conduct assembly operations primarily at our headquarters, Kashima factory, and partner factories (7 companies), balancing mass production with small-batch production of various types. ■Quality Assurance and Management Various performance verification tests, lifespan tests, and durability tests are conducted daily. ■Sales and Logistics Warehouse We supply various industries through domestic sales from Hokkaido to Okinawa, including overseas exports. ■Maintenance We provide after-sales support nationwide (approximately 200 locations) through centralized reception at our headquarters.
