Okutech Co., Ltd. is a Japanese company that develops, sells, and engineers innovative solutions for accurately "measuring," "reproducing," "displaying," and "verifying" outdoor dynamic environmental brightness (luminance) and color, including "HALDiS" (real luminance simulator), "oT-Record" (real luminance recorder), and "oT-Sim" (real luminance simulation). We provide a verification environment that reproduces outdoor dynamic environmental luminance indoors at a 1:1 absolute value, contributing to the reduction of man-hours in prototype manufacturing and outdoor testing (especially at night). Additionally, based on over 20 years of practical experience in high-standard road design for the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, we also possess and offer unique road generation know-how that excels in cost-effectiveness. In the field of fundamental research in optics, we have established a technical agreement with the French National Institute (ENTPE, Lyon).
