The multi-point pressure unit (Model MP8-X), barometer, multi-point temperature logger, tachometer, vibration meter, and analog signal input unit can be equipped, allowing for the configuration of measurement components according to customer needs. Each measurement unit is equipped with data recording capabilities by connecting to a computer via a serial interface or LAN. An operation control unit can be added, which not only allows for engine start/stop but also provides a constant display of monitoring items, and in the event of an anomaly, it sends appropriate signals to other devices to stop the engine. The data processing unit can record measurement data, perform averaging and calculation processes, and display time-series data in graph form. This is a unique product that encapsulates internationally certified chemical fire extinguishing agents (3M NOVEC 1230, FK-5-1-12) in microcapsules, molded into shapes such as plates, strings, and tapes. It does not require fire sensors or wiring, making installation very easy—simply stick it on or hang it up. When a fire occurs or there is a temperature rise due to ignition or electrical leakage, the microcapsules self-burst and automatically release a powerful chemical fire extinguishing agent. The PS-11 is a pressure gauge used for measuring the differential pressure of DPF as an exhaust countermeasure for diesel engines. It comes standard with a 10-fold sensitivity switch that allows for accurate measurement of the initial differential pressure, which is crucial for the durability of the DPF. Additionally, it has a pressure resistance of 1 MPa against excessive pressure caused by exhaust pipe afterburn, providing a margin of 20 times the measurement range.
