The "STC1600 System" is a temperature controller system designed to meet today's requirements for safe and reliable control and monitoring of gas heating for asphalt finishers' screeds. In addition to detecting and controlling the temperature of the screed with temperature sensors, it monitors the start and stop of the blower and burner using a dedicated ignition box (FCB-24). Out of five ultrasonic sensors used for subgrade detection, two significantly different data points are excluded, and the remaining three data points are averaged.
