The titanium plate has undergone "re-rolling" processing, and the surface finish of our rolled titanium plates is very good. As a result, we have received feedback that the subsequent process (polishing) has been eliminated, leading to a reduction in processing time with only finishing polishing required. The left photo shows the surface finish of a plate that has been rolled from 5.0mm to 3.8mm, a reduction of 1.2mm. We can cut the plate width and thickness to your desired dimensions using a shearing machine and perform re-rolling (rolling) processing to the specified thickness for delivery. ● Supported materials: Two types of titanium (TP340), copper alloys ● Size: 1219 x 2438 mm ● Plate thickness: 1.5/1.8/2.0/2.2/2.5/3.0/4.0/5.0/6.0 mm ● Rolling processing range: Plate thickness 0.8 to 6.0mm / Maximum material width 250mm  All materials are made in Japan, and mill certificates can be provided.  Rolling processing is also available from a single piece.
