The edges of the tiles can also be polished just like stone. LATICRETE's '255 MULTIMAX' is a thin-set mortar reinforced with Kevlar fibers, offering excellent sag resistance and allowing for adjustments of large tiles and stones installed on walls after application. It can be easily applied with a trowel. When mixed with water, it achieves high strength and performance immediately. It contains Microban antimicrobial agents that help prevent stains and mold caused by dirt. "DETERDEK" is a cleaning agent for acid washing that contains surfactant components, allowing for the removal of cement-based residual dirt while simultaneously cleaning surfaces. It is suitable for materials such as porcelain tiles, terracotta, glazed ceramic tiles, and acid-resistant stone surfaces. While it is an acid buffer, it does not contain hydrochloric acid and does not emit harmful gases.
