(Crowdfunding Case Studies) This time, we would like to introduce our actual development and manufacturing achievements through crowdfunding that we collaborated on this year. After the successful challenge of the product project "addSound" by Aogochi Co., Ltd. on the crowdfunding platform "Makuake," we were contacted as a potential vendor capable of handling everything from mechanical design and principle prototyping to mass production. As a result, we proceeded with development and manufacturing in collaboration with our company. ■ The ability to provide a one-stop solution from conceptual design and principle prototyping to mass production. ■ The capability to arrange small lots to larger lots depending on sales through domestic and international manufacturing allocation. ■ The ability to collaborate on improvements and enhancements, including VA/VE, from the conceptual design stage. These factors led to our selection as a collaborative partner.

○ Product Design / Mechanical Design We carry out product and mechanical design in accordance with customer requests. In addition to functionality, we also conduct comprehensive verification including material selection, cost reduction, environmental considerations, and production efficiency. ○ Prototype Production We respond to short delivery times for the production of metal machined parts, resin machined parts, sewn products (genuine leather, synthetic leather, etc.), and jigs. ○ In-house Manufacturing Line (Domestic/Overseas) To accommodate pilot production and the manufacturing of various products, we conduct in-house production in Japan and the East China region. We can adjust and respond widely from small quantities of diverse products to the requested amounts. ● Electronic Components As 5G, IoT, and sensing technologies expand, the applications for electronic components are increasing. We are seeing a rise in requests for mechanical design that can accommodate various environments (especially waterproof, splash-proof, and dust-proof designs). We can accurately respond to such needs and assist accordingly.
