"Do you have concerns such as wanting to turn something that only exists in physical form into drawings or 3D data, or wanting to convert scan data into CAD data that can be used for design, or wanting to shape the images in your mind?" All of these can be solved with SST's 3D technology! - Create 3D data from 2D CAD data or paper drawings - Scan physical objects to create 3D data - Create 3D data from images or sketches - Utilize 3D data for prototyping, processing, measuring, and comparison 【SST's 3D Technology】 ■ 3D scanning, 3D design, modeling, 3D data editing ↓ ◎ Delivery of 3D data, cutting and processing modeling, 3D printing modeling, mold design (2D/3D), mold manufacturing *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationAt Sakamoto Design Technology Development Institute, we are engaged in the design of press molds for various products, including those for automobiles. The term "press" in press molds refers to the process of shaping a thin sheet of metal into the desired form by applying several processing steps such as "drawing, cutting, and bending." Most of the iron parts of a car body are made using press molds. To create the necessary sheet metal shapes, we design mold drawings by considering factors such as "what kind of processing steps and mold structure to use, production conditions, and mold manufacturing and maintenance conditions." The molds are then created based on these drawings. Our company utilizes 2D and 3D CAD for press mold design, modeling, and the creation of NC data. Additionally, by using verification models produced with FM processing machines, we enhance communication and understanding between designers and manufacturers. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*

Free membership registrationAt Sakamoto Design Technology Development Laboratory, we use 3D data to process materials such as expanded polystyrene with NC machining to create high-precision models. The advantage of cutting processing using NC data is that it ensures consistent quality without bias, allowing for the reproduction of fine details such as figures and artworks, resulting in models that are true to the original. Our experienced engineers will listen to your requests and provide optimal proposals tailored to your needs, deadlines, and budget. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
