Crimes that exploit technology have increased, information is overflowing, and it has become difficult to discern the truth. The development of social media has expanded the ways in which people communicate, but it has also brought various issues to the forefront, such as violations of human rights, privacy, and copyright. In the future, the field of ICT will continue to evolve rapidly, and its impact on society will also increase. That is why it is essential to engage in business while being aware of the negative aspects that such changes create, and to consider how to mitigate those side effects while making people happy through ICT.
