The "Sadoshima Z Roof Hybrid Waterproofing Method" is a dry roofing waterproofing method that combines Z roof, insulation materials, and waterproof sheets. By melting the joint areas between the sheets and the connection points between the sheets and the PVC-coated steel plates using heat or solvents, it ensures excellent bonding performance and water tightness. The Z Roof uses galvanized steel sheets as the base material and standard molten zinc-coated steel sheets, offering superior corrosion resistance compared to other company's deck roofs. Additionally, the Yodo GL Eco Green steel sheet used as the base material has a special coating that does not contain hexavalent chromium, which is an environmentally harmful substance. The Z Roof Type 1 features a structure that conceals the screws used to secure the insulation and sheet at the joints, enhancing the aesthetic appeal from the interior side and preventing the falling of metal shavings generated when fixing the screws to the steel sheet.

Sadoshima D-span is prepared in standard four colors. It is covered with 3M's Di-Noc film and has obtained the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism fireproof certification number (non-combustible material) NM-2411. You can choose from the Di-Noc color sample book according to your application. Punching foam and aluminum border R processing are also possible.
