While inheriting the good traditions and history of Toho Rasukogyo, which have been built up diligently by our customers and predecessors, I believe that my mission is to challenge new possibilities, evolve and develop our company further, and contribute maximally to our customers and society. To this end, I have picked four key strategic challenges from many themes, which will serve as the challenge targets for the new Toho Rasukogyo. The first is to focus on our greatest asset, "human resources," and strive for the best "human resource" development. The second is to further pursue the improvement of "technical capabilities," which is the foundation of trust. The third is to challenge the development and sales of "new products" with an eye on the future. The fourth is to aim for a "speeding up" of all operations, which is directly linked to improving customer satisfaction. With the solid financial foundation and high trust inherited from our predecessors, and under the pride of being an industry leader, we will pursue the possibilities of expanded metal and art metal to the fullest.
