"Pio Miraclin Z" is a solid grease-based clear coat that can be applied to zinc-coated and painted concrete to prevent sticking and graffiti. When applied to the surface of the substrate, it forms a water-repellent and moisture-resistant layer on the surface, blocking the intrusion of chemicals such as rainwater, chlorides, and carbon dioxide, thereby suppressing deterioration.
