This document is a report on the Eco-Mulfilm construction observation meeting held at the Japan Academy Hall. On October 29, 2012, a construction observation meeting and trial construction were conducted at the Japan Academy Hall. About 10 participants attended, and we provided explanations about the current state of the film industry and film installation, allowing attendees to experience the effects of the film using a simple sensory device. Additionally, participants were able to observe the actual installation process. This is a report on the installation of Eco-Mulfilm at the National University Corporation Kyoto University, in the Comprehensive Research Building No. 3 and the former Petrochemical Main Building. The renovation of the building's fixtures has been completed, and the glass and frames are relatively new, with a grid design for the windows. As a result, the dimensions of each glass pane are small, and the film was applied in small sections. The room was very hot, so a mirror-type heat-shielding film was installed in the laboratory. This is a report on the installation of Eco-Malfilm at the Uji Campus of Kyoto University, a national university corporation. We have applied "Eco-Malfilm M-IR" to the glass surfaces of the Ion Linear Accelerator Building, the University Cooperative, the Joint Research Building, the Ultra-High Resolution Spectroscopic Electron Microscope Building, Building N, Building M, the Comprehensive Research Experiment Building, the Nucleic Acid Information Analysis Building, the Ultra-Low Temperature Science Laboratory, and Building W. This is a report on the installation of eco-mull film at the National Institute for Fusion Science. The installation of the film was carried out on the 2nd and 7th floors of the research building, while the existing film was removed and new film was installed from the basement 1st floor to the 6th floor of the Research Phase II building. The existing film had been in place for about 15 years, and due to deterioration, there were areas where the film had started to peel and lift. ★In such cases, there is absolutely no "shatter prevention." This is a report on the installation of Eco-Multi Film at Shiga University of Medical Science. We applied 'Eco-Multi Film M-20A' and 'Eco-Multi Film M-50A' to the glass surfaces of the management building, library, clinical research building, and hospital wards at Shiga University of Medical Science, and measured the heat insulation effect. We confirmed a maximum temperature difference of 2.2°C between the glass alone and after the installation of Eco-Multi Film. (June 12, during the rainy season) Despite the measurements being taken during the rainy season, the heat insulation effect was over 2 degrees. This is a report on the installation of Eco-Mal Film at the Tokyo National Museum. We applied 'Eco-Mal Film M-IR' to the glass surface of the second-floor hall in the Heiseikan and measured its heat insulation effect. ■ Temperature near uninstalled glass: 30°C ■ Temperature near installed glass: 27.8°C ⇒ A heat insulation effect of about 2°C was achieved. The "Eco-Maru Film M-IR" is a transparent film that can be applied to glass to achieve 【energy savings】【near-infrared (heat) cut】【glass shattering prevention】. At Nagoya University in Aichi Prefecture, we measured the temperature differences between rooms with and without the "Eco-Maru Film M-IR" applied. ■ Experiment Overview 1. Measurements were taken at three locations: by the window, on the floor, and at the center of the room, over two days. ■ Experiment Results The temperature difference by the window was 7.5°C on the first day and 6.4°C on the second day. Furthermore, the results showed that the temperature at the center of the room and the floor temperature were better controlled in the room with the film compared to the room without it.
