The "Soar Pavement" involves mixing a chemical binder S with the surface soil of clay-based pavement and applying chemical binder S on the surface for finishing. The chloride component of the chemical binder absorbs moisture from the air and soil, providing an appropriate level of humidity to the soil particles and enhancing dust control. The "AQ Clay Pavement" is a type of pavement made by mixing and stirring an appropriate amount of the recycled natural improvement material "AQ Soil" (insoluble soil improvement material) with the base soil or existing soil. It forms a granular structure, allowing for good drainage after rainfall, and the ground can be used quickly. Without losing the inherent characteristics of the soil (natural feel and softness), it is improved into a clay pavement with excellent water resistance. Garnet Sand is a modified material processed from natural mineral garnet into a suitable particle shape for ground use, taking into consideration human health and the environment. The "Garnet Ace Method" involves mixing and stirring this material with base soil or existing soil to pave it as improved mixed soil. We have also constructed a public skate park (skateboard park) in Matsusaka City that can host international competitions. Completed in March 2019, it covers approximately 4,730 m2 and includes the development of management facilities (stairs, fences, management entrances, retaining walls), etc. Additionally, we are involved in the construction of a full-scale skate park with an area of approximately 3,000 m2. The Hyogo Prefectural Horse Racing Association has developed an artificial turf ground in the space on the west side of the Funabagawa Flood Control Pond within Himeji Racecourse to utilize it as a soccer field. As a measure against heatstroke, we have adopted our new product, the "Viu (Light Rain) System." The Viu System uses special resin nozzles to turn a small amount of water into a fine mist, allowing for three-dimensional irrigation.
