We would like to introduce a processing example of the "Impeller" manufactured by Iida Manufacturing. An impeller is a rotating blade that moves fluids. When the impeller rotates, it generates the force to transport liquids and gases. A common example in our daily lives is the open-type impeller used in washing machines and exhaust fans. We would like to introduce a processing example of the "toroidal propeller" manufactured by Iida Manufacturing. The toroidal propeller is a new type of propeller that is gaining attention in the propeller technology for aircraft and drones. It can be produced without molds due to machining and 3D printing, and can be provided in the required dimensions. The resin-based "toroidal propeller" is lightweight, reduces noise, and has excellent weather resistance and chemical resistance.
