• Work tools

The "4-Pin Cable for Sheet Resistance Measurement" is a product designed to measure the surface resistance of thin films using a highly reliable four-probe method. The measurement is simple: connect the cable to a digital multimeter, set it to the four-wire resistance measurement mode, and press the probes against the thin film. There is no influence from contact resistance since current and voltage are measured separately.
