Cool Fryer Co., Ltd. is committed to contributing to the food culture of Japan and the world, and has developed the cooking equipment "Cool Fryer" to solve a wide range of issues related to frying, including oil splatter and the prevention of oil degradation. Due to its simple structure, it has the potential to become a standard technology to replace conventional commercial fryers, and its compact design allows for product development into tabletop models and other formats.
