We introduce the high-pressure nano-composite manufacturing of Showa Resin Co., Ltd. Nano-composites are a general term for composite materials created by dispersing particles of a certain material sized between 1-100 nm into another material. The formation of nano-composites dramatically improves various physical properties such as tensile strength, elastic modulus, and heat distortion temperature. Introducing the WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) from Showa Resin Co., Ltd. We manufacture WPC using wood fiber and PE, PP, and PVC. It can be practically used for injection molding with wood powder and as decking material. Features: - Can be compounded with Wood Fiber and PE, PP, PVC, etc. (Please inquire about other materials) - High filling rates of 70% to 80% wood powder are possible. - The high dispersion effect from our special mixer provides stable moldability and excellent physical properties.
