The "H&C Technology (Rapid Heating and Cooling Molding of Molds)" is a technique that suppresses the occurrence of welds, which is a challenge in the molding of automotive interior decorative parts, specifically the "Center Garnish." Welds become more pronounced when the fusion temperature of the resin is low. By implementing rapid heating and cooling of the mold, we have successfully achieved excellent design quality and productivity without welds. This technology features the ability to quickly switch between ultra-high temperature water (capable of handling temperatures up to 200°C in a water medium) and low-temperature water, along with a unique mold temperature control structure that maximizes the thermal conductivity to the molded products. 【Features】 - Suppresses the occurrence of welds during molding - Allows for instantaneous replacement of low-temperature water in response to rising mold temperatures - Circulates ultra-high temperature water for molding and low-temperature water for cooling almost simultaneously within the mold - Monitors mold temperature to maximize thermal conductivity to the molded products *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

The "Vent Type Injection Molding Technology" is a molding technology aimed at eliminating "silver defects" caused by moisture and volatile gases in plastic materials. After the plastic material is melted and pressurized in the first stage, the principle of degassing is utilized, where moisture and volatile gas components are discharged from the pressure release area (vent hole). It is a rational mechanism that squeezes out moisture and volatile gases that cannot be completely removed by drying equipment alone, eliminating the need for a drying process itself.
