OS Consulting Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Jiqiu Trading Co., Ltd. specialize in business between Japan and China in three areas: 1. Environment (energy saving and reuse), 2. Health (medical support), and 3. Education (support for international students). We start with a consulting phase to identify challenges and requests from our clients, and then provide practical support by working together. Our consulting goes beyond just analyzing data and numbers; we leverage our deep understanding of the business customs in both Japan and China to help our clients navigate the risks and uncertainties of doing business between the two countries, solving challenges together and transforming them into business opportunities. In the environment sector, we have established business partnership contracts with several local companies, including major Chinese refrigeration equipment firms and publicly listed servo motor manufacturers. In the health sector, we have formed business collaborations with specialized companies in Japan, focusing on regenerative medicine from China to Japan. In education, we are developing our business by collaborating with multiple universities and vocational schools in Japan to provide lectures aimed at fostering the careers of international students, through our affiliated organization, the Japan International Student Support Organization. We will expand these three business areas between Japan, China, and now Asia.

In 1, we collaborate with major refrigeration equipment companies that have a track record of introducing foreign-funded refrigeration equipment in China, providing one-stop support from consulting on equipment requirements to the introduction of refrigeration equipment and maintenance operations after installation for Japanese companies considering new refrigeration installations (in the food and medical fields) in China. In 2, we are working in partnership with HCFA (a publicly listed company in China) that manufactures servo motors and inverter products, serving as the point of contact for Japanese companies considering the introduction of their products.
